• Engage with stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative information.
• Analyse data to identify trends and draw actionable insights for process improvement.
• Utilise technical proficiency in:
  • SDLC phases (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance)
  • Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive business improvements
  • Programme delivery performance metrics and reporting highlight the effectiveness of the delivery process.
• The ability to implement improvement recommendations that measurably enhance the current delivery process.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
