Your new role
As an HR Reporting and Insights Analyst, you will transform data into meaningful insights to support managerial decision-making. You will be part of the HR team, providing accurate and timely data analysis, insights, and reporting our People's Strategy.
Duties
- Conduct analysis and generate reports on HR data concerning recruitment, compensation, performance, workforce planning, and demographics.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports, metrics, and insights.
- Update and manage organisation charts and essential employee information.
- Provide accurate workforce insights to support HR Business Partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Payroll, and Finance.
- Work with HR software vendors and remuneration insights providers.
What you'll need to succeed - Over 2 years of experience in data analysis and generating enterprise-level reports.
- Proficient in understanding and leveraging HR data for organisational decision-making.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to tailor information presentation to different audiences
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Skilled at using data visualisation tools like Power BI.
