Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

• Assist Machine Operator with the daily operation of machine.

• Collaborate with Machine Operator and other team members to achieve production goals.

• Collaborate with team members to trouble shoot issues and improve overall productivity and production goals.

• Load and unload Mesh in a safe manner.

• Assisting Machine Operators with task like setup, maintenance and operation of machinery when required.

• Assist the Machine Operator on any changeovers of different types of Coil and load of Crosswire coil when needed.

• Clean, maintain machinery and work area to ensure a safe and organised environment.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, listening and record-keeping skills.

• Versatile and adaptive. Ability to work accurately and at speed under often difficult conditions.

• Able to work as an individual using initiative and as a team member.

• Previous industry and machine operating experience.

• Ability to read and interpret documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
