Office Manager opportunity to work in the construction industry!

They are busy and growing which is why they need an Office Manager to help with day-to-day operations!

Your new role

You will manage multiple tasks in your role ranging from:

HR Support
  • Payroll
  • Onboarding of new staff
  • Employment Agreements
  • H&S inductions
Sales Support
  • New clients account applications
  • Assign supplier invoices to projects
Asset Management
  • Manage WOFs and servicing of fleet
  • Maintain registers of vehicles, tools, PPE
Health & Safety
Inventory management
Manage email and phone correspondence

What you'll need to succeed

  • Office Management experience in the construction industry would be advantageous.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks

  • Great communication

  • You do not need to have payroll experience, this can be trained
