• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Azure, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other relevant technologies.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Azure, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in government or public sector projects is a plus.
