To be rewarded, your friend must:
- Never have been placed by Hays Australia or New Zealand or been in direct contact with a consultant in 12 months
- Provide their details to Hays via your unique URL
- Be placed in a permanent role for more than one month or work 40 hours in a temporary or contract role (within their first four weeks).
